TG (total grade): (1) (1–2 SC and 1 CV), (2) (3–6 SC and 1 CV); (1–2 SC and 2 CV), (3) (1–2 SC and 3 CV); (3–6 SC and 2 CV), (4) (3–6 SC and 3 CV), (5) (4 CV), and (6) (5 CV).
