Table 3 shows the natural frequencies of the first six modes of the amplification mechanism. s can be seen from the sixth-order modal analysis, the natural frequency of mode 1 and mode 2 is 203.37 and 541.11 Hz respectively and there are some overlaps at this time. In other modal analysis, it is found that the natural frequency of mode 4 is 930.58 Hz, which outputs the amplification displacement from the output end but also is the optimal driving frequency of the mechanism.
